You’ll learn how to work with your thoughts, your feelings—and most importantly, your physiology (your body and nervous system)—instead of fighting against them. 

You’ll discover which actions actually help you reset in the moment and bounce back after mistakes. 

And you’ll learn how to take what you’ve done in training into the moments that matter most.

And you’ll learn how to mentally cool down after you compete—so you can can actually learn from what happened out thererather than bottle it all up.

These sessions are off-camera and zero pressure.

There will however be 10 minutes at the end where you can ask questions, if you want to.
